Responsible for the vision and direction of the Club. Implemented parent education program as well as youth outreach programs to build relationships with Rec Clubs and community groups. Established stability following a bitter internal struggle. Improved the coaching staff through professional education and hew hires. Took a team that was struggling in Div 1 to a league title. Implemented online player evaluations and formal coaching evaluations. Piloted player and team review through video analysis. Implemented U10/11 parent orientation program.

’95 Div I League Title 2010-11, WYS Quarterfinalist (twice) and Semifinalist, US Club Region Champs, US Club National Tournament participants, Skagit Firecracker Champs, Crossfire Challenge Finalist, Surf Cup participant, 5 players now play with U16 Sounders Academy team and 3 with Crossfire U16 Academy.
